High pressure quick coupling system for a wide range of applications, for the transmission of fluid or gaseous media in an
industrial / commercial environment.

• 02-003
• HP-004, HP-006, HP-010, HP-016, HP-020, HP-032, HP-050

Nominal bores:

2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16, 20, 32 and 50 mm

Working pressure:

up to 3,000 bar / 43,500 psi (dependent on nominal bore and material), in part also suitable for vacuum

Media:

• mostly hydraulic oils, however can also be used for other fluids and gases
• technical gases including hydrogen

Materials:

• steel oil burnished
• stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 or similar (up to NB 32)
• Special stainless steels for custom applications

Special features / Options:

unlocking safety device, vibration lock, many types of connection, ring grips for larger nominal bores, ring valves
