For easy and clean change of machine components, e.g. for supply of exchangeable milling heads of machine tools.

Available nominal bores (mm): 6, 8; 12; 16

Pressure range: Max. working pressure 200 bar (2900 psi)

Media: Suitable for cooling lubricant, hydraulic clamping, blow-off air.

Materials: High-quality stainless steel combined with chemical-resistant FKM seals.

Special features:

• For depressurised connection
• Mechanically rugged through protected seals
• High permissible center deviation of +/- 0.5mm

Series 85

For fast movement of pallets in machining centres, even in demanding cycle operation, e.g. for supplying the hydraulic clamping function in pallet changing systems

Available nominal bores (mm): 6, 10

Pressure range: Max. working pressure 240 bar (3480 psi)

Media: Suitable for all common hydraulic oils

Materials: Burnished high qualitiy steel, combined with robust seals made of FKM/PUR

Special features:

• For coupling under residual pressure up to 60bar (870 psi)
• Prevents dirt ingression due to encapsulated seals
• Ultra short couple stroke
